The Treacle market started in July 2010 and has become a monthly Sunday market with a loyal and enthusiastic following of regular visitors.

We work hard at promoting the Market in the press (local press, radio, Cheshire life, Radio Manchester) and publicise it each time with fliers, posters and banners.

Stall holders are keen to come back to Treacle but we are always pleased to hear from new traders as we are keen to provide variety and interest for our treacle visitors. You must have public liability insurance, and if you are a food and drink seller, you must be registered with your local environmental health. PLEASE NOTE: payment for a stall must be received at least one week in advance of any Treacle Market. Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn up on the day without pre-booking and paying in advance.
